Demo / Pipeline Review

Thirty minutes. One live pipeline. The same Rolero demo referenced in your outbound sequence.

A customer engineer walks your hiring funnel end-to-end — across the 14 sourcing channels, the ATS-agnostic sync into Greenhouse or Lever, and the deduplication engine — using a sandbox built from your open roles. No slides. No follow-up nurture sequence.

Currently routing 38,412 candidate touches/hour across 612 active employer accounts

Step 01 — Qualification

Tell us where you are today so the demo is shaped around your stack, not ours.

Four fields. The intake routes directly to a customer engineer who has shipped Rolero at Mercury, Vercel, Cohere, or Algolia — not a generalist SDR.

Submitted details route to a Rolero customer engineer. No SDR sequence, no second follow-up email.

§ 01 — The agenda

What the next 30 minutes actually covers.

No pitch deck. No "let me intro our team" slides. The demo is a working session against your live hiring plan — a sourcer and an engineer on the call, walking through Rolero the way your team would on day one.

  1. 01

Channel surface walkthrough — 14 sources, one router

We open with the channel matrix: GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn Recruiter, 7 niche boards, 3 talent communities, and 2 outbound sequencers — fanned out from a single programmable layer. We trigger a live search against one of your open reqs so you see routing decisions in real time, not screenshots.

  2. 02

    The deduplication engine (patent-pending)

We demo the deduplication pass on a multi-threaded campaign — same person surfaced from three channels collapses to one record, one outreach thread. Customers see an average 81% reduction in duplicate touches across multi-threading workflows. We show the actual match graph, not a marketing claim.

  3. 03

ATS handoff — Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby

Rolero is the first ATS-agnostic platform to ship native integrations with Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, and Ashby in a single deployment cycle. We write a qualified candidate straight into your live ATS and you watch the record appear — no CSV export, no Zapier middleman, no copy-paste.

  4. 04

Sourcing playbook review against your pipeline

Final 8 minutes. We pull up your current funnel — time-to-first-pipeline, response rates, channel mix — and map it against the 47-day → 14-day engineering time-to-hire benchmark our customers average. You leave with a written gap analysis whether or not you sign.

On the call: 1 customer engineer (Berlin or NYC) + 1 sourcing strategist. Total runtime: 30 minutes, hard stop.

§ 02 — Before you forward the link

Five questions your assistant is going to ask you.

We've heard these from 612 active accounts. Here is the short answer to each, written for the person who has to defend the booking in a Slack thread.

How long until we're routing real candidates?
Average time-to-first-pipeline is 6 days from onboarding. Implementation includes channel provisioning, ATS sync, and a sourcing playbook tuned to your 30+ quarterly reqs. We don't ship a "90-day rollout" — we ship a working pipeline in under a week.
Will this fight our existing Greenhouse / Lever / Workday / Ashby setup?
No — Rolero is ATS-agnostic by design. Native integrations with Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, and Ashby ship in a single deployment cycle. Qualified candidates land directly in your existing workflows; we do not require a migration or a parallel system of record.
What does security review look like?
Compliance-first architecture: SOC 2 Type II, GDPR-DPA, and CCPA-certified across all 14 sourcing channels. We hand over the SOC 2 report, the DPA, and a completed CAIQ before the procurement call, not after.
Can we talk to a current customer before signing?
Yes. After the demo we connect you with a TA lead at one of Mercury, Vercel, Cohere, Algolia, Ramp, Linear, or Notion — same company size band, same engineering hiring volume. Reference call within 48 hours of request.
What happens after the 30 minutes?
You receive the gap analysis (point 04 of the agenda) the same day, written, not pitched. If there's a fit, we schedule a technical onboarding scoping with your customer engineer. If there isn't, you keep the analysis. Either way, the 30 minutes is the product, not a teaser for it.
